Five years today, I got a call that changed my life forever. My hero got his wings. What I wouldn’t do to have one more conversation with him. I’m realizing more and more, I’m my daddy’s twin. He was an activist, singer, musician, radio personality, protector, brother, uncle, son, husband, grandfather and daddy but to me, he was a hero. He literally got it out the mud! I cherish every single memory of him. Nothing will ever fill the void or repair my broken heart. I don’t question God but I wish I could have loved him in the natural a little while longer. Cherish and love on your people while you can. Continue to rest peacefully Pops! I love and miss you dearly! 💙💙💙💙
