"My freezer was repaired quickly and affordably!
And when my ice maker stopped working shortly after, PJ and Brandon took the time to verify my troubleshooting over the phone, affirming that I was likely making the right call to buy a replacement ice maker. They didn't have to go out of their way to help me out like that, and it speaks to their commitment to the customer, not just making a dollar. Rare to find companies like this, I would not hesitate to call them in the future!"

"Same day appointment and technician arrived earlier than promised. They could not fix my refrigerator because parts were no longer available. He made a temporary adjustment to give me time to buy a new unit and not be too inconvenienced and also recommended brands to buy and what to avoid which was appreciated! The fact they would have applied the charge for the initial visit to the repair cost is so much better than how auto repair places rip-off customers. I was very pleased overall and would definitely recommend them and use them again."
