I've been reading and this chapter stopped me in my tracks.

How many times have you started over?
New plan. New strategy. New idea. New beginning.

But what if the breakthrough isn't in starting over…what if it's in staying committed to what you already began?

There's a pattern called uprooting.
Always changing.
Always starting a new chapter instead of finishing what you started. And it keeps you stuck not because you're not working hard, but because you never let anything fully grow.

The real work? Getting clear.
Clear on what you want.
Clear on what's actually stopping you.
Clear on the limiting beliefs running in the background telling you that starting over is safer than pushing through.

Stop chasing perfect. Focus on progress. Do one productive thing today. Count the healthy decisions you make not just the ones you missed.

Ayer compartí mi charla “Del Caos Financiero al Cambio” en Brew Your Wealth, y todavía sigo procesando todo lo que viví. 💛

Abrí con una pregunta simple: ”¿Quién aquí ha tomado una mala decisión con su dinero, sabiendo que no debía?”

Casi todas las manos se levantaron.

Les conté mi historia. Cómo a los 18 acepté mi primera tarjeta de crédito. Cómo llegué a tener 10. Cómo vivía pagando el mínimo. Y cómo un momento de incertidumbre cambió todo.

Pero el mensaje nunca fue sobre las tarjetas. Fue sobre las decisiones — sobre entender que la libertad financiera no comienza cuando ganas más, sino cuando decides cambiar tu mentalidad.
Al final, cada participante creó su propio Plan de Cambio Financiero. Verlas escribir y compartir sus historias fue lo mejor del día.

Yesterday I shared my talk “From Financial Chaos to Change” at Brew Your Wealth — still processing everything I felt. 💛

I opened with one question: “Who here has made a bad money decision, knowing they shouldn’t?”

Almost every hand went up.

I shared my story — accepting my first credit card at 18, ending up with 10, paying just the minimum, and the moment that changed how I saw money completely.

But it was never about the cards. It was about the decisions, about understanding financial freedom starts with changing your mindset, not just making more money.

By the end, every participant built their own Financial Change Plan. Watching them write and share was the best part of the day.

I grew up not knowing how to manage money.

I watched hard working people including people I loved sacrifice everything… only to have nothing to show for it. Not because they didn’t work hard enough. Because nobody ever taught them the right steps.

That broke my heart. And it changed my life. So I made it my mission to learn everything I could about money and then teach it in a way that actually makes sense.

Today I’m a business management educator and instructor helping entrepreneurs and individuals finally understand their numbers.

No complicated spreadsheets.

No judgment.

Just clarity. 💕
