This is the last Wellness Wednesday of 2021! That is crazy to think!
This week I would like you to think about the benefits of SLEEP or resting.
Resting to me means, taking time for yourself (which is not selfish).
Getting the rest or sleeping is so important and it is over looked to often. So many things can impact your sleep! I have attached an article that better explains the need for sleep

Hello Friends, On this weeks Wellness Wednesday I want to focus on calming the mind with stress management.
During the holidays people get over stresses! Buying presents, seeing family, Did I buy enough for everyone. Ect.

My suggestion is to stop, take a breathe and try to relax! ( I know easier said than done) Take 5 minutes ( or 2 or 10 minutes) a day and just breath and remember you are amazing!
