One of the things we value most in the hospitality industry is the power of community; the willingness of professionals to step up, share knowledge, and invest in the next generation.

This year, our Director of Food & Beverage, Adam Miller, served as the culinary mentor for the Wauwatosa West ProStart Program team, helping guide these incredibly talented students as they prepared for the statewide competition in Appleton.

In his first full year mentoring the team, they brought home an impressive 3rd place finish, a huge accomplishment that reflects their hard work, creativity, and commitment to the craft.

Programs like ProStart are vital to the future of our industry. They give students real exposure to the culinary and hospitality world while building confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.

We’re incredibly proud of Adam for investing his time and expertise, and even more proud of these students for representing Wauwatosa so well.

The future of hospitality is in good hands.

Field Trip!

Dan, Kaelyn and Adam had a great time at the Wisconsin Food & Hospitality Expo today! It was wonderful to see such a strong group of vendors, partners, and industry friends all in one place.

Events like this are a great reminder of the collaboration and innovation that drive the hospitality industry forward. From new products and culinary inspiration to technology and service solutions, there was a lot to explore and learn from.

Thank you to the Wisconsin Restaurant Association for hosting another great event. We’re proud to be part of such a passionate hospitality community and are already looking forward to next year.

We are excited to share that Wantable Cafe is relaunching in partnership with 41Fork Hospitality. It will be the Wantable Cafe you know and love, refreshed. Introducing 41Fork Exchange, a cafe-forward concept focused on community, creativity, and the exchange of ideas. The cafe will offer weekday breakfast and lunch with fresh, rotating menus and Vennture coffee, all in the welcoming space Wantable guests and employees have come to enjoy.

The former Wantable Cafe, which closed at the end of last year, is reopening this spring under a new name and operator.

The café, located at 123 E. Walker St. in Milwaukee's Harbor View neighborhood, will be called 41Fork Exchange @ Wantable Café and will be operated by Milwaukee-based 41Fork Hospitality.

Filled with new ideas and inspiration, we’re ready to bring everything we learned back to Noble Catering and Pearl & Cade and turn it into elevated experiences for our couples and clients! ✨
