One of the things we value most in the hospitality industry is the power of community; the willingness of professionals to step up, share knowledge, and invest in the next generation.
This year, our Director of Food & Beverage, Adam Miller, served as the culinary mentor for the Wauwatosa West ProStart Program team, helping guide these incredibly talented students as they prepared for the statewide competition in Appleton.
In his first full year mentoring the team, they brought home an impressive 3rd place finish, a huge accomplishment that reflects their hard work, creativity, and commitment to the craft.
Programs like ProStart are vital to the future of our industry. They give students real exposure to the culinary and hospitality world while building confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.
We’re incredibly proud of Adam for investing his time and expertise, and even more proud of these students for representing Wauwatosa so well.
The future of hospitality is in good hands.
