Job description:

looking for an experienced sanitation lead in a food manufacturing environment. This individual will be responsible for leading sanitation activities throughout the facility, ensuring equipment and production areas meet Federal and state, sanitation requirements, and maintaining high standards for food, safety, product, quality, GMP’s, and SQF compliance.

Requirements:

food manufacturing, sanitation, lead level responsibilities, cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, testing cleaning chemicals for proper titration, strength, forklift operation, operating and maintaining hand tools, floor, scrubbers, and buffers, using measuring towards such as tape measures, feeler gauges, and micrometers
