Schlitz Park is the historic brewery turned modern-day business campus that made Milwaukee famous. The one-of-a-kind campus is located in the heart of Downtown Milwaukee and reuses the iconic cream city brick buildings for a metropolitan working experience like no other. The 32-acres of business park with one million square feet of leasable space includes spacious parking lots, green spaces and is

just steps from the Milwaukee River. The downtown campus offers five different buildings, each with their own unique character aesthetic that preserves the best of old-world Milwaukee history while complimenting it with contemporary renovations. On campus, tenants enjoy countless amenities that include free parking, freshly updated building interiors, year-round events, campus-wide wi-fi, onsite dining, wellness programs, access to fitness centers and more. In February, 2019, Crestlight Capital (Crestlight) and TPG Real Estate (TPGRE) purchased the office campus. Crestlight Capital and TPG are looking forward to carrying on the strong legacy that existing ownership preserved while managing a property that embodies the heartbeat and history of Milwaukee as a brewery town. The Schlitz Park management team is excited to further enhance the property through continued investment in tenant spaces, common areas, and new amenities and events that will serve as gathering places for the campus’ active community while honoring the legacy the Grunau and Sampson families started in 1983 through their meticulous preservation of the campus’ as its original developers.

All around the Schlitz Park campus we pay homage to our history that started on the Milwaukee River. As you walk around the 32 acre campus located in Downtown Milwaukee, you’ll discover pieces of the historic Brewhouse building that were saved and repurposed.

These historical markers that once supported the Brewhouse now celebrate our rich history by sharing the evolution of the campus that spans across 100 years of Milwaukee History in these Cream City Brick buildings.

Schlitz Park Management staff will be in the Rivercenter Atrium collecting supplies from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, June 1st.

The Piña Mexican Eats truck will be in the RiverCenter parking lot just outside of the RiverCenter Atrium doors during the hours of school supply collection.

The Milwaukee River Challenge 5K Run and 2-Mile Walk is returning this September to the Schlitz Park Riverwalk! Sign up to run or walk with coworkers, friends and family for a night downtown. Schlitz Park is excited about the partnership with our 2022 beneficiary, the Donald Driver Foundation!

Here in Milwaukee, Donald Driver's biggest project is his Driven to Achieve Awards. Every year he hosts the black-tie gala that honors and donates to a handful of Milwaukee community members who are going above and beyond for the Milwaukee community. 100% of the proceeds from the 2022 Milwaukee River Challenge 5K Run and 2-Mile Walk will be donated to the Donald Driver Foundation.

The return of the Milwaukee River Challenge 5K and 2-Mile Walk at Schlitz Park is Milwaukee's ONLY race that takes both runners and walkers alike up through the historic Brewers Hill neighborhood, down the Milwaukee Riverwalk and on a tour through the old Schlitz Brewery site. While participants are out site-seeing in the town, they are also giving back to the underprivileged children and families the Donald Driver Foundation aids here in Milwaukee. 100% of the race proceeds will be donated to the Donald Driver Foundation.
