You’ve figured out what your animation should look like.

Now comes the question that often gets overlooked:
Where is it going?
A training video, an eLearning module, a social post, and a VILT session may all use the same animation—but they don't necessarily need the same deliverable.
The destination can change the format, aspect ratio, length, interaction, and even how the animation should be built.
Before you animate, choose the deliverable.

We spend a lot of time asking, “What should this animation look like?” Maybe that's the wrong question.
The wrong animation format can make good information harder to understand—and easier to ignore. So before choosing a visual style, ask: "What is this animation actually supposed to do?"
