Position Summary

The Regional Sales Manager reports to the Company Vice President – Sales. The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the business development and support of a defined geographic sales region related to key target partners in the Pharmaceutical market. The Regional Sales Manager will drive customer acquisition/development and profitable revenue growth. They manage a network of distributors, end users, contractors, architects, and national account locations within their defined territory.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Serve to lead business development and support efforts in the defined sales territory within the Pharmaceutical market.
Devise and execute sales strategies within the defined sales territory in the interest of profitable growth.
Align internal sales and channel partners in support of customers.
Collaborate with National Account Managers on key account locations (sales efforts and support) within the defined sales territory.
Perform consultative sales presentations to architects, modular contractors, design-build firms, and end-users.
Identify and introduce new potential distributor partners to the organization.
Assist with onboarding and training new distributor partners within defined territory.
Manage pricing, discounting, and quotations for customers (including distributors).
Manage overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management related to defined sales territory.
Utilize preset forecasting tools to manage priorities and track quotations.
Monitor and stay apprised of market and competitive dynamics.
Provide appropriate customer input to the CRM system.
Responsible for performing timely expense reports.
50-60% travel expected.
Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience

5-10 years of National Sales experience with pharmaceutical doors and hardware or allied products for new construction and retrofit applications. Experience in the High-Performance Door Industry preferred.
Understanding of pharmaceutical GMP, ISO, FDA, EMEA, and other cleanroom requirements.
Extensive knowledge of building and wall construction within pharmaceutical and cleanroom facilities.
High level of technical aptitude demonstrated in past positions.
Direct end-user, contractor, and distribution management experience required.
Experienced in professional business presentations.
Exceptional knowledge of architectural specifications and plan take-offs.
Established contacts and relationships with potential customers and channel partners.
Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with executive-level customers and partners.
Proven sales track of profitable growth.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results-driven, team-oriented environment.
Experience with a specific sales methodology, sales funnel management.
Experience in choosing, deploying, and using marketing and sales applications.
Capacity to assume more significant executive responsibilities over time.
Ability to travel as necessary.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Other Qualifications: Requires the ability to read architectural plans and specifications, complete project take-offs, and understand general building industry terminology.

Summary: As working Group Leader, performs all equivalent activities of work crews. Coordinate activities of workers in specified work areas by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Oversees the daily flow and operations with the department.
Interfaces with other departments to ensure customer order deadlines are met. Studies production schedules and distributes schedules to work areas. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product.
Work with the quality department to address and solve quality problems.
Gather, track and report department data of SQDC through team improvement board.
Improve existing processes through the application of lean tools and techniques.
Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of shop, department, or work crew. Analyzes and resolves work problems or assists workers in solving work problems.
Estimates, requisitions, and inspects materials. Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel or supervisor.
Identify training and development needs for the department.
Performs activities of workers.
Coach and motivate individuals to receive results.
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience: Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience utilizing advanced tools and methods for continuous improvement desired. Assembly experience in a manufacturing environment is required. Previous Lean Manufacturing environment a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and leadership ability are essential to successfully lead a diverse work group.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of manufacturing software.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Lift equipment certification is beneficial but not required.

ASI Doors is seeking a highly organized Shipping & Receiving Supervisor to lead our shipping, receiving, and stockroom operations. This position is responsible for the safe, accurate, efficient, and timely processing of work in the respective departments. Our Shipping & Receiving Supervisor will need to identify and drive process improvements as well as their implementation and standardization.

The successful candidate will exhibit extensive knowledge of logistics and demonstrable experience in a similar role. The Shipping & Receiving Supervisor will be someone whose expertise translates into smooth and cost-effective shipping services.

Responsibilities:

Negotiating the price of shipment transportation with carriers and 3PL
Keeping shipping operations within budget without compromising speed or efficiency
Processing shipment documentation and inspecting completed orders
Assure proper packaging that minimizes cost and protects product
Creating and implementing shipping policies and procedures
Acting as a liaison between management, carriers, and shipping customers
Collaborating with internal departments to optimize the flow of orders from preparation to shipment
Evaluating carrier performance and working to resolve issues with shipped orders
Complying with shipping regulations and company policies
Receiving purchased parts and materials in accordance with company policies
Freight estimating for customer quotes
Work with Customer Support Coordinators to manage freight damage claims
Develop and meet goals for department performance metrics: safety, quality, delivery, and costs
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Assure adequate cross-training and coverage to meets department needs during reasonable team member absence
Work with team leads and Supervisors to optimize the transition of parts from production to shipping while minimizing space and queue times
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or similar preferred
Requires 5 or more years in the shipping industry as a lead person or supervisor
Proficiency in electronic systems such as UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship Manager, third party logistics systems, and ERP software
In-depth knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation, both foreign and domestic
Knowledge of shipping industry regulations
Advanced analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Ability to communicate effectively in-person, as well as in writing
Warehouse management and inventory management experience preferred
