Yesterday, the RINKA team joined the Village of Brown Deer to celebrate the official ribbon cutting of Ten Mile Park.

Created through a collaborative effort between RINKA, Kapur , and Village staff, the 1.75-acre park transforms underutilized land into a vibrant community space for recreation, gathering, and connection.

We’re proud to have helped bring this vision to life and excited to see the park become an active part of the Brown Deer community!

Take a peek at these progress shots of The Dune and Dune Residences in Boynton Beach, FL. Using tunnel form construction, the contractor can cast walls and slabs simultaneously in one pour expediting the construction process. Leasing is set to begin Q1 2027. Stay tuned for more updates!
