We appreciate everybody who contacts us for help but for the love of God please have a bare minimum of a part number or model number handy when you call! You would be shocked at the amount of calls we receive from people saying they have a broken appliance yet don't have the slightest clue who makes the appliance or the model number and sometimes they don't even know what color there appliance is!! So please don't waste your time or ours and do a little bit of research before calling us.
