Plastic Coating Corporation is located in Milwaukee and has been providing high quality contract coatings to die casting, metal stampers, wire and metal fabricators since 1972. Here are some of the coatings we offer:
•Electrostatic Powder : Epoxy, Polyester, Urethane- These environmental friendly finishes are replacing painting and plating in many operations. They provide decorative, tough, corrosion resistant finishes without the use of solvents and heavy metals. Powder Coatings will enhance any type of metal product including castings, stampings, and wire goods.
•Powder Vinyl : - Durable decorative fluid bed vinyl finishes provide color, electrical resistance, corrosion protection, and are also a great value. Vinyl Powder Coatings excel when applied to metal stampings and wire fabrications.
•Powder Nylon : Extreme abrasion and solvent resistance in a highly cosmetic finish make this coating ideal for coating baskets, wire fabrications, and stampings in fluid bed or Es Spray.
•Liquid Vinyl : Higher film thickness, sound and vibration dampening, electrical insulation and partial coat capability work particularly well on handles, machine guarding, electrical bus bars and wire fabrications.
•Vinyl Dip Molding : A wide variety of detailed shapes in a multitude of colors can be molded into Plastisol end caps and covers with low tooling costs.
•Epoxy Fluid Bed : High Electrical and solvent resistance make this an excellent coating for High Voltage Bus Bar and corrosive environments.
