We are finally having our first meet up for Southeastern Wisconsin wedding and event vendors. I am SO excited to announce that our first tour location is going to be at ! This space is beautiful and has so much to offer. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐮𝐩 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟒𝐭𝐡 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝟓:𝟑𝟎-𝟕:𝟑𝟎.

My name is Rachel and I’m a modern calligrapher located in Green Bay, WI - serving Wisconsin and beyond. I’m a self taught artist, and have been doing calligraphy for 7 years. I especially enjoy doing work for weddings, but also provide services for events of all kinds including restaurant signage & menus. All of my work is done free hand and is completely custom to what my client is looking for. More recently, I’ve started engraving glassware and am looking forward to offering this service.

I am a traveling bridal stylist based out of Slinger, WI! This past July marked one year since graduating Cosmetology School! 
Ever since I was very young I’ve always been absolutely in love with weddings, from binge watching “Say Yes to the Dress” every day when I would come home from school 😅, to always being the one to style my friends and family’s hair for special occasions I knew that I would absolutely love being in the bridal business!
Although I love all parts of being a hairstylist, bridal styling has to be my favorite. Being a big part of all of my brides weddings is such an honor!
I will always bring the good vibes, will hype all of you up, and make sure everyone can be as calm and comfortable as possible! 🤍

I’m a Madison-based wedding photographer, and I started capturing weddings in 2016. Since then I have had the honor of being a part of hundreds of weddings, and I truly have the coolest job. When couples book with me, I enthusiastically support them every step of the way from planning a fun and unique experience for their engagement session to assisting with the wedding day photo timeline. I offer full day wedding coverage because wedding days shouldn’t be rushed! During the wedding day, I step back and capture moments as they unfold with minimal interruption and distraction. After 22 years in Corporate HR, I decided to pivot and pursue a lifelong dream. I saw a need for personalized celebrations for kids, highlighting their interests and creating intimate, tailor-made parties. It quickly grew beyond Kids parties! We do bridal showers, baby showers, milestone birthdays, graduations. We have a small party studio in Mequon, WI, where we can transform our blank slate studio into your ideal intimate venue. We also provide event rentals, designs, and balloons/balloon arches for rehearsal dinners, small weddings, and bridal showers. If our venue isn’t available or is too small, we can always bring our services to you and your location!

I started planning weddings & events in 2021 after getting married myself and realized this what I love doing. Being a part of everyone’s special days is an unmatched feeling for me. This year has been a big deal because I’ve taken the leap into community events and getting to work with Milwaukee small businesses has been amazing! Every little detail in any event matters and  luckily the little details are my cup of tea!
