Today is Twitter's 10th Birthday! The very first tweet which was 24 characters was sent out by its founder Jack Dorsey and simply said "just setting up my twtr".... That first tweet received over 67,000 retweets and more than 47,000 likes. 10 years later and Twitter is now the place news breaks first, it's where the news goes for news and where thought leaders wow us with 140 characters or less! I'm surprised at some of the companies on this list. I definitely would not have expected Johnson and Johnson to be #1. I need to do some research around their corporate culture...

I'm not surprised by the 2 industries that dominate the list...technology and healthcare...there's also an oil company and insurance giant in the mix. It's important to look at where a company and industry is going when you choose an employer and area of study while in school...

Hey Leaders! I have been so busy with my latest baby Powher Network that I feel like I've been neglecting you guys. Here's a couple of tips:

Buy Ads on Instagram throuh the Facebook Power Editor. The conversion rate is way higher and you can link you target audience directly to a website, app, video link.

Also, try sending and receiving money directly through Facebook. All you or your customer, client, friend has to do is go into messenger to inbox you and at the bottom of the message where you have the option to add a picture, emoji, etc. You also will see a $ with a circle around it. Its super simple to set up (requires a bank debit card), it's safe, and the money hits the receivers bank account in 30 minute. You get an email confirmation which can act as a receipt for both parties and there are NO FEES!
