Have you been keeping track?

Understanding where you are in relation to your goals is important to keeping on track to hit them.

If you're behind, is the goal too ambitious, or is there something you could be doing to hit your goal that you're not?

If you're ahead, is your goal not ambitious enough? What are you doing that's contributing to the success?

Don't get to the end of the year and look back when you're way off target and wonder, "how did that happen?" when you could correct course halfway through.
