BLS HOME CARE currently has an opening for an RN Nurse.

Duties include visiting patients/clients in their homes for Assessments, Supervisory Visits, and Training PCW's to care for Patients/Clients. Experience with Admission Paperwork, PCST's, and Care Plans is helpful, but will train the right individual.

Must have excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills. Team players wanted with a willingness to take feedback for growth.

Service area includes Milwaukee and immediate surrounding areas. Transportation is required.
