I told the room at the Women in Auto Care conference: partners search, employers search, media searches. Google found my work before they ever reached out. They did not meet me first. They researched me and made a decision before I entered the room.

Google featured me twice for how I use AI inside my own business.

60 to 70 percent of my admin time recovered. 30 percent revenue increase. Over 65,000 dollars won in grants. All from free AI tools used with intention.

The numbers are real. The work behind them is 14 years running a 125,000 square foot auto recycling facility in Milwaukee.

Can I be honest about something?

I used to think working harder was the only way to grow. Then I built an AI system that runs the parts of the business I used to do myself.

The late night pricing. The customer follow ups. The grant applications. All handled.

I won over $65,000 in grants. One of five selected from 6,500 applications. The reviewer said my application sounded like she already knew my business.

She did not. My AI agent did.

You do not need to work harder. You need to build the system that works while you are not in the room.
