Using ChatGPT does not mean you have an AI system in your business.

There’s a difference between asking AI to write a follow-up email and building a process that makes sure the follow-up actually happens.

Imagine this:

A customer submits an inquiry.
Their information goes into your CRM.
AI helps determine what they need.
A follow-up is prepared or sent based on your rules.
Your team gets notified when a decision is needed.

That’s what connecting AI to your business operations can look like.

The point is not to use more technology. It’s to stop losing opportunities because something fell through the cracks.
