Meet Bear, the official greeter at TPR Industrial. Bear is 1 year old, half Golden Retriever and half Australian Shepherd, and he takes his front-desk responsibilities very seriously. From welcoming visitors at the door to keeping the team smiling throughout the day, he’s become an important part of the office around here.

At TPR Industrial, we’re big believers that great businesses are built by great people, and a good office dog doesn’t hurt either.

If you stop by, there’s a good chance Bear will be the first one to say hello. From all of us at TPR Industrial (especially Bear), have a safe week!

Heat doesn't take days off. Neither does safety. As temperatures climb, so does the risk of heat-related illness. Whether you're on a commercial jobsite, pouring concrete, roofing, or working in the yard, taking a few simple precautions can make all the difference.

Here are a few reminders as we head into the hottest part of the season:

- Drink water consistently throughout the day, don't wait until you're thirsty.

- Take breaks in the shade, especially as temperatures rise.

- Look out for your crew. The buddy system can help identify the early signs
of heat stress before they become an emergency.

- Pay attention to symptoms like dizziness, headaches, nausea, confusion, or excessive fatigue. Early recognition saves lives.

At TPR Industrial, we believe the best safety program is one where everyone goes home healthy at the end of the day. Let's continue looking out for one another and making heat safety a priority this summer.

Stay hydrated. Stay alert. Stay safe.

🇺🇸 This 4th of July, we celebrate more than our nation's freedom. We celebrate the people who help build it every single day. To the men and women who show up before sunrise, work through the heat, brave the elements, and take pride in building America's roads, bridges, power systems, commercial buildings, and infrastructure, THANK YOU.

Your dedication, grit, and craftsmanship are what keep this country moving forward. At TPR Industrial, we're proud to stand behind the hardworking Americans who make our communities stronger and our nation safer. This Fourth of July, we're grateful for the freedoms we enjoy and for the people whose hard work helps shape the future of this country.

From all of us at TPR Industrial, we wish you and your family a safe, happy, and meaningful 4th of July! 🇺🇸

Construction Safety Month | Week 3: Promoting Holistic Worker Health:

A strong safety culture goes beyond hard hats, harnesses, and high visibility gear. It means looking after the whole worker physically, mentally, and emotionally. From staying hydrated on hot days to getting adequate rest, supporting mental wellbeing, and encouraging healthy habits on and off the jobsite, every small step contributes to a safer, stronger workforce.

Healthy workers make better decisions, look out for one another, and help build a culture where everyone has the opportunity to go home safely each day.
At TPR Industrial, we believe investing in worker wellbeing is an investment in the future of every jobsite. Because the safest teams aren't just well equipped they're well-supported.

At TPR Industrial, we believe that every safe decision, no matter how small, helps create stronger crews and safer jobsites. Let's continue building a culture where everyone looks out for one another, and everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.. A moment of distraction can have life-changing consequences. This week's focus is a reminder that road safety is everyone's responsibility.

🚧 Stay alert around active work zones

🚧 Watch for pedestrians and equipment operators

🚧 Follow traffic control plans and posted signage

🚧 Slow down and eliminate distractions behind the wheel

At TPR Industrial, we believe that every safe decision no matter how small helps create stronger crews and safer jobsites. Let's continue building a culture where everyone looks out for one another and everyone goes home safely at the end of the day.

Safety is a journey, not a destination.

⚡ Power Up Your Protection
May is Electrical Safety Month, a reminder that electrical hazards remain one of the most serious risks on any jobsite. From energized equipment to unexpected contact, these hazards don’t leave room for error. That’s why proper PPE isn’t optional, it’s essential. From E-rated safety helmets to arc-rated gear and insulating protection, the right equipment helps reduce risk and keeps crews protected in high-risk environments.
At TPR Industrial, we’re committed to supporting safer jobsites by sharing practical insights, proven solutions, and the tools teams need to stay protected.
Because when it comes to electrical safety, preparation makes all the difference.

The most dangerous hazards on a jobsite aren’t always the obvious ones.

⚠️ Slips
⚠️ Trips
⚠️ Falls

Many of these incidents happen from heights under 6 feet but the real danger isn’t the height. It’s the rotational force created during impact, which is the leading cause of traumatic brain injuries on jobsites. Smarter safety starts with smarter protection. At TPR Industrial, we believe the right head protection can make all the difference.

Most jobsite head injuries don’t come from straight-down impacts. They come from slips, trips, falls, and angled hits, introducing rotational force, which significantly increases the risk of traumatic brain injury. That’s the difference between Type I and Type II head protection.

Type I protects the skull.
Type II is designed to protect the brain.

At TPR Industrial, we focus on Type II Safety Helmets and rotational impact mitigation technologies because that’s where the industry is going, and where safety is evolving.

We say it all the time:
“We can’t fix your brain, but we can protect it.”

If you’re still evaluating your transition to Type II, now is the time.
