🎉 Happy Retirement to Dave Fritson! 🎉

After an incredible 41 years with us, Dave retired from Royal this week!

Dave has been a foundational part of our team—working here long before our current facility was even built! Over more than four decades, he’s taken on a wide variety of roles, seen countless changes, and served as a valued mentor to so many across the shop. After serving as our Finish Supervisor, Dave transitioned into the Production Scheduler role in 2009, keeping our entire operation on track by scheduling the flow of parts through the plant.

Thank you for 41 unforgettable years of service, Dave! Enjoy a well-deserved retirement!

🎉 Happy Retirement to Kathy Moore! 🎉

After 10 years of dedication and hard work, Kathy is retiring from Royal!

Over the past decade in our cleanroom, Kathy has truly done it all—wearing multiple hats as a Fabric Technician, Quality Inspector, Layup Supervisor, and Layup Lead.

Now, she’s trading in the safety glasses for lots of sunshine and quality family time. Kathy is looking forward to spending as much time outdoors as possible with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren!

🎉 Happy Retirement to Steve Werner! 🎉

After 19 years of dedication and service, Steve retired from Royal this week!

Steve started with us back in our Finish department before quickly transitioning to Quality, where he’s worn countless hats over the years. Most notably, Steve led the charge in working directly with our customers to complete audits—always with a smile and always putting Royal’s best foot forward.

Now, he’s trading in the quality audits for a whole new boss: his grandkids!

📣 Happy Retirement to Tim Arbogast! 📣

After 12 years of ensuring our commitment to delivering top-quality parts, Tim retired from Royal this week!

Tim started with us back in July 2014 as a Quality Specialist. He went on to manage our Inspection team for a few years before moving into his role as FAI and Source Manager in 2021.

Now, he’s trading in the quality reports for camping, kayaking, and some well-deserved home improvement projects.
