This growth is about more than just extra space. We are:

✅ Expanding our capacity to handle larger format parts.
✅ Bringing key capabilities in-house to ensure faster delivery to our customers.
✅ Optimizing our facility's workflow to eliminate bottlenecks and improve safety.

We’re growing! 🏗️ Royal Engineered Composites is excited to share plans for a $5M facility expansion in Minden. This project includes a 23,500 sq. ft. building addition, new equipment and 70 new positions we've recently added to our employee-owner team.

Want to celebrate with us? We are hosting a public groundbreaking ceremony on April 20th at 11:00 AM at our facility. We’d love to see our neighbors and partners there!

Check out this throwback!

⏪️20 years ago this week, we celebrated gaining Nadcap certification! Royal Plastic (as we were known then) was only the 42nd composites company in the world to receive this new certification.

⏩️Fast forward 20 years, we now have Nadcap certification in both Composites and Non-Destructive Testing. Nadcap certification is the global mark that signifies compliance with the rigorous requirements of the aerospace industry for critical processes and products. Nadcap accreditation is recognized and required by the world’s leading aerospace, defense, and space companies.
