Guided tours at Ivy Vale Plantation will last for one hour and explore pioneer life in rural North Louisiana as well as plantation culture of North Louisiana, while visting 15 of the 17 rooms in the plantation house. These tours will provide the visitor with a glimpse of Antebellum life as well as the architecture, furnishings, and culture of this period. 90% of Ivy Vale is original and restored to reflect pre-Civil War life. I deleted my prior post. For those of you that were offended that wasnt my intention and I'm sorry. I just wanted to state an observation. All of my guests have been great and very generous, and I'm thankful for everyone who has toured. I just see tons of people incorrectly describing what they do on Facebook daily and wanted to offer my perspective. Once again sorry for my ignorance and indirectly offending anyone in the process.

I want to remind everyone of the private tours ending this week. Tonight and tomorrow are booked but I do have a few openings for anytime on friday or Saturday during the day. Currently for Friday December 21 I have 10:30-11:30 am and 1:30-2:30 booked. Remember you must have 10 paying adults to book a private tour. Contact me via messenger or 225-287-8085 to book.
