Firearm Transfer Process: DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK!

1. Location: All firearm transfers will be handled at Northwest Pawn and Gun, located at 1717 Central Avenue, Billings, Mt. 59102 (406)256-7871

2. Background Check: Buyers must complete a background check at Northwest Pawn and Gun. This process will take place the day after the auction concludes. If the winning bidder does not pass the background check, the runner-up will be offered the opportunity to complete the background check and upon successful completion, will become the purchaser of the firearm. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU CAN NOT PASS THE BACKGROUND CHECK!

3. Pick-up: Once the auction is complete and the firearm is paid for, the buyer can bring their "Paid In Full" invoice to show the corresponding lot number/s to Northwest Pawn and Gun. Once the background check is successfully completed, the firearm will then be transferred to the buyer. Winning bidders will pay a $20 FFL Transfer Fee, per firearm, payable to Northwest Pawn and Gun at the time of the transfer. Only the registered bidder can pick up the firearm. Please bring a valid ID with you that reflects your current residential address.

4. Shipping: Shipping is available to most states, except WA, CA and NY. Buyers will be responsible for all shipping costs, which will be arranged be the FFL agent.
