Staff will assists individuals in developing independent living skills and enhance their level of self-sufficiency.

Primary duties include: meet weekly, coaching and support to assist individuals in achieving their goals in all areas of independent living (rental housing, banking, shopping, budgeting, bill-paying, grocery shopping, community integration, etc.) Assists individuals in identifying resources within the community that fulfill their particular needs.

The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, comfortable working independently, have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
