Hi! I’m Krystal 👋🏼🤓

I started working in the ART “space” back in 2008 and launched My Donor Connection in 2011, with one goal: to give intended parents more clarity and control when they need an egg donor or surrogate to grow their family. I absolutely love this work. The field is always evolving; even after 17 years, I still learn something new every day (which keeps me humble and never bored).

At home, my husband Jay and I have a beautifully chaotic crew: five kids (some are grown, but they still count!), two dogs, and two cats. When I’m not texting donors and surrogates with wildly specific cycle questions, I’m hanging out with my mom & siblings (4 sisters, 2 brothers) starting a new DIY project (to Jay’s dismay), reading (Brandon Sanderson and Patrick Rothfuss ❤️), or driving kiddos to and from sports.

Every journey is different and comes with its ups and downs, but I wouldn’t change my role for a minute. It’s an honor to walk alongside incredible surrogates and donors and help turn intended parents’ dreams into a reality. ❤️🎉🤰🏼

Hello! My name is Alissa and this is my husband, Wade, and my daughter via egg donation, Willa! We live in Minneapolis, MN with our extra chubby kitty, Kimchi.

I have worked in this industry for about 4 years and previously worked full-time in the world of non-profit Philanthropy. I’ve had the pleasure of working with lovely donors in both of my worlds and feel so lucky to do the work I do.

As someone who has been in the intended parents’ shoes, I am an open book and would love to answer any questions you may have, related to the process of egg donation or general questions as an intended parent.

Outside of work, we love to go biking and boating, visiting the many food truck festivals during the Summer, and spending as much time with family as possible during these fun toddler years!

To all the intended parents out there looking for their donor, I wish you the best of luck and I hope we get a chance to work together in the future to build your family.
