During our recent team meeting, we asked our colleagues to come dressed in the bright, bold colors found in the Brillect logo.

Why? Our logo was inspired by the work of Ingrid Fetell Lee who uncovered a pattern when it comes to the aesthetics of joy - roundness, pops of color, symmetry and lightness Her theory? When you know what joy looks like, you'll be able to find more of it.

We believe that everyone should experience joy, especially at work. And this team sparks joy, always looking for the positive whether they're celebrating wins or learning from challenges.

Because, when it comes down to it, people are at the heart of everything we do. Their hard work, dedication and focus on Taking Care of People are what has set us apart from the start, and for that, we are so proud.
