We train clients all over the US, Canada, and even have a few in India… and they’re all crushing it!

Hi, I’m Nick! Nice to meet you! 👋

🏀Growing up, I was an athlete, but a series of sports injuries led me to shift my focus to fitness and nutrition when I could no longer compete.

Football, basketball, and track were my sports, and rehabbing from ACL injuries taught me mental toughness that has shaped many areas of my life. I am grateful for those injuries because the traits I developed during that time.

🩺I became a nurse in the operating room at Mayo Clinic, aiming to attend anesthesia school. During covid, I began helping fellow healthcare professionals lose weight and build muscle. This grew rapidly, and I left nursing 2 years in to focus on the company full time.

I’m now the owner of F1TxMIND Fitness and Nutrition, an online coaching company that serves medical professionals and women experiencing hormonal shifts like menopause, hypothyroidism, and PCOS. We talk just as much on mindset as we talk about fitness. We have some of the best coaches you will find on our team.

Since 2020, we’ve transformed over 1,000 lives through our program.

Nurses and Pharmacists!

Try these 4 easy habits to start losing weight right now

1. Drink one can of sparkling water immediately before meals

This has three different benefits.

One, going to prefill the stomach. Water is really good for that.

Two, it's going to slow down the calorie absorption. Why? Because I'm going to slow down eating.

And on top of that, it's delicious. This will actually allow you to feel a lot more full on fewer calories

2. 10 minutes elliptical before or after workouts

This has three really cool benefits.

One's going to help increase your metabolism because it's more activity.

Two, it increases the afterburn effect, which is the calories and burn after activity.

And it's going to reduce lymphatic inflammation as you bounce up and down and you move your body, that actually helps to clear out your lymphatic system

3. Make your bedroom so cold you need to be bundled up in blankets.

Why?

Because it's going to prevent restless sleeping, because you're not going to toss and turn if you're stuck in blankets.

And it's going to aid in better hormonal balance.

4. Do one action you're proud of daily

This is going to help you properly metabolize stress hormones.

It's also a shortcut to happiness, but most importantly, this is going to prevent self sabotaging behavior.
