For nonprofit organizations, donor support has played a key role in navigating the past year financially. Those donors clearly care about the work you do, have you shared with them the impact of their gift(s)? This is a great time to thank them - again - and let them know how you are doing and what comes next. Taking the time to assess and adjust your communications now will strengthen your relationships with your stakeholders and constituents going forward.

Recently a friend asked me to review her organization’s virtual gala plan and progress – smart friend! As we navigate our second spring of virtual and hybrid events, the stress and uncertainty we move through can result in our event feeling more like a “have to do” than a “get to do” project. Getting external feedback can ensure you have taken all of the necessary steps to meet your event goals – both financial and non-financial. This outside review can also help bring excitement and creativity into your event, pointing out opportunities to make this year’s event inspirational. Do you know a girl who would benefit from developing strength and confidence? Check this out - registration is open and this is a great organization!

Give her a place to thrive, know her strength and build confidence this spring! Lottery registration has ended, and remaining spots are available on a first-come, first served basis through the season start on April 12.

Teams will meet in person twice a week, as they're able, or virtually through fun and active lessons that allow girls to connect with their peers. Scholarships are available to any participant who needs one.

We are offering several Community Zoom Teams this spring and sites are being added regularly. There's a place for your girl.
