🏢 Facilities and Building Management Director:
We’re seeking a strategic, hands‑on facilities leader to join our Operations Leadership Team and serve as the organizational lead for McKnight’s sustainable, fully electric building—a community hub that hosts thousands of guests, partners, and events each year. This role brings deep technical knowledge and strong operational judgment to oversee building systems, preventive maintenance, vendor and contractor partnerships, and emergency preparedness, while ensuring the space is safe, reliable, and welcoming every day. The Director will lead and coordinate teams across maintenance, guest services, security, housekeeping, and external service providers, stewarding a complex facility that supports daily work, public convenings, and mission‑driven collaboration.
