The Electropolishing process does remove a small amount of material and it is important for us to be aware of tight tolerance areas on your part. Processing data is all stored in our part-specific database, ensuring process repeatability. We are Hiring: Titanium Etching and Anodizing Technician (2nd Shift)
Location: American Bright Works | Fridley, MN
Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM (4x10 schedule)

American Bright Works is looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our Titanium Etching and Anodizing team on second shift. This is a critical role supporting our work in the medical device industry; 96% of the parts we process are used in life-saving applications.

Key Responsibilities:
 Use a vision system to inspect and measure titanium parts before and after
etching
 Perform precision cleaning and etching to ensure proper material removal
 Conduct anodizing of titanium parts to customer-specified colors
 Follow strict processes and procedures to meet high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For:
 Strong attention to detail and consistency in work habits
 Ability to follow documented processes with precision
 Previous experience in a manufacturing or medical device environment is a plus but not required.
