The job market has changed almost overnight. There’s a prediction of an upcoming “great resignation.” People were sheltering in their jobs, waiting for better times. Companies are rethinking their employment model with work-from-home options. What Should You Do?

Think of your career as a marathon—not a sprint. If you are happy where you are, it's okay to stay. You could also simultaneously keep your eyes open for new opportunities. This is a good time to revise your resume with updated career achievements! Rethink your priorities and highlight your transferrable skills. When a new job comes along, you'll be ready!
