Day 2 at the 2026 Annual National Conference for Growing Community Foundations, hosted by the Kansas Association of Community Foundations (KACF), and we’re having a great time!

Yesterday, Mike Scoville and Eric Aquino hosted a User Group and facilitated discussions around AI, grantmaking, and some exciting future enhancements. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

The 54th annual CMF Conference is off to a great start here in Grand Rapids, MI!

Our staff kicked off the week with the Community Food Club GR Tour, followed by a celebration of CMF's Kyle Caldwell and an inspiring, eye-opening keynote from The Nature Conservancy. It was great to see familiar faces like Stephanie McGreevy from the Mackinac Island Community Foundation and to connect with new people in the space.

Today, we attended a panel of emerging leaders in philanthropy and heard from young voices, including two CMF fellows at the Fred and Barbara Erb Family Foundation.

Today, is Indigenous Peoples’ Day!

At akoyaGO, we recognize the resilience, cultures, and contributions of Indigenous peoples, past and present, and we’re grateful for the many contributions of Indigenous peoples in our communities.

Today is International Day of the Girl, and we're celebrating the girls who dream big by introducing some of the amazing women behind akoyaGO.

Our team is full of women who are always up for a challenge and are passionate about seeing philanthropic organizations maximize their impact with technology. They wear lots of hats inside and outside of akoyaGO. In addition to creating solutions that help foundations , they're also juggling being great mothers, sisters, daughters, friends, volunteers, activists, and so much more!

To every girl out there: there's a seat at the table for you. Maybe even one on our team someday!

DAF holders now account for nearly 25% of all charitable giving in the US. This , the question isn't whether your foundation should serve them better. It's whether your technology makes it easy.

Wichita, here we come!

Our akoyaGO staff members Mike Scoville and Eric Aquino will be at the Kansas Association of Community Foundations (KACF) Annual National Conference for Growing Community Foundations, October 14–16 at the Hyatt Regency Wichita.

At the conference, we’ll be hosting a user group on October 14th at 10 am CT in Cypress B. Pull up a chair and spend some time with the akoyaGO team and fellow akoyaGO users! We'll walk you through the platform, share how foundations like yours are putting it to work, and leave plenty of room for your questions.

Conference season is in full swing! Next stop: the Council of Michigan Foundations Conference, October 12–14.

Meghan Davignon (Director of Product) and Ameliea Dulaney (Marketing Manager) will be in Grand Rapids, and we'd love to connect with the rest of the community.
