Can it already be 15 years, Marisa? You have contributed SO MUCH in that time by helping shape the culture of Countrywide! Initially, as our receptionist, she has advanced to our HR Manager / Executive Assistant. Your work in human resources has helped everyone stay on top of things and ensures everyone gets what they need to be successful with their work, which builds trust within the company.
Marisa's FAVORITE thing to do at work (which she finds VERY rewarding) is working as part of a team. When she first started, many on the team were in their 20s, and as the years have passed they’ve been able to grow up together and make advancements. She also believes that the leadership/ownership currently in place makes the employees feel valued and that their great work ethic provides a fun environment to work in, which she enjoys contributing to.
When Marisa isn’t at Countrywide, she is spending time with her daughter and husband at a family-owned cabin up north. They’re BIG OUTDOORS people; snowmobiling, ice-fishing for crappies, being out on the lake on a pontoon, tubing, paddle boarding, and going on trails with their Ranger UTV. The lake life is the other half of her busy and active life.
