We are still riding the amazing energy of our first ever Female Founders Retreat! This was such a big dream of ours, and to see it come to life in such a beautiful way was surreal. As we relive this special week, we’re going to bring you along behind the scenes of each day.

Our first day was all about arriving with intention and creating a safe space in our hearts, minds, bodies, and surroundings. Building that connection and safety not only within ourselves, but with the other women in the room was so important. Watching friendships blossom and grow over this experience was such a gift.

Everything we needed wrapped up into 2.5 days 🫶

The clarity and connections that unfolded during our first ever Female Founders retreat were simultaneously magically divine and deeply intentional. We have so much more to share and recap, but right now, we are settling into so much gratitude and joy. We can’t thank these women enough for their vulnerability and willingness to lean in even when it was stretchy and hard.

Hard, long decisions becoming quick and instinctual. Dreams becoming reality. Pivots becoming less scary. This is the kind of aligned growth that can only happen with the work that happens when your body, mind, and business are aligned.

We call it “The Arrival.”

And it happens at the beginning of every single meetup because we believe being connected to yourself is just as important as the connections you make in the room.

Every month, women walk through those doors carrying a lot.

They’re coming out of traffic.
Rushing from a full morning.
Holding the weight of life, business, motherhood, expectations.
Sometimes even feeling a little nervous to walk into a room where they don’t know anyone yet.

And then… we pause.

Before the conversations.
Before we talk business.
We guide her back to herself.

And you can feel it in the room when it happens.

Shoulders drop. Breath deepens. The noise quiets.

For a lot of women, it’s the first time all day (maybe even all week) that they’ve truly exhaled.

That they’ve felt present in their own body.

And from that place… everything else lands differently.

The conversations go deeper.
The clarity comes easier.
The connections feel more real.

Because she’s not showing up from overwhelm or survival anymore, she’s showing up as herself.

These moments are intentional.
They’re sacred.

And they’re often the reason we hear things like,
“I didn’t realize how much I needed that.”

That’s what The Arrival creates.

And it’s something you have to feel to fully understand.

Entrepreneurship has a way of revealing the truth you can’t ignore for long:

The strategies matter.
The systems matter.
The offers matter.

But none of it works if the woman behind the business hasn’t been given space to grow, stretch, and become.

Because the hardest part isn’t launching, scaling, or pivoting —
it’s learning how to trust yourself.
How to hold bigger decisions without shrinking.
How to lead without burning yourself out.
How to evolve while staying rooted in who you are.

Becoming asks you to meet your edges.

Hi, Founder Friends — Niki here. 💛

After a momentum-filled few months, and on the heels of planning an exciting 2026 (with some incredible things in the works!), life brought my family some unexpected medical emergencies and family matters. The weeks since have been a mix of fear, gratitude, and recalibration.

It’s pulled me away from showing up online and here in this space like I love to do… but in that absence, something beautiful has revealed itself — the quiet power of community.

Behind the scenes, women have shown up in ways that have taken my breath away. Messages, meals, prayers, presence. Proof that when our lives and values are built on connection, that connection carries us through the hardest seasons.

That’s what Female Founders Twin Cities has always been about — building spaces rooted in authenticity, where the women beside you become the very thing that sustains you.

So while things may look a little different around here for a bit. Some plans may shift, some timelines may stretch, but please know this: this community is steady. The heart of what we’ve built isn’t going anywhere. And I am endlessly grateful for that.
