🧘🏈 When two passions come together, great things happen.

One high school student wanted a shirt that represented both his love for football and yoga—and now he’s proudly wearing it on the field during early morning practice. Even better? His teammates are already asking for their own!

🌍 From dream to destination. 🏔️

What started as an idea turned into a 75-mile trek to Everest Base Camp—and custom shirts that became part of the journey. 💪☀️

Designed to commemorate the adventure, these UV-protective performance shirts helped the crew stay cool while taking on one of the world’s most iconic hikes. When more people wanted in, they came back for a second order to make sure everyone had a shirt to remember it by.

Thanks for sharing your incredible adventure with us, Nomad Navigation! We’re honored Underground Printing could be a small part of such an unforgettable experience. 🙌

👕 Thinking about adding your logo to polos or t-shirts?
Embroidery is one of the best ways to make your brand look more professional—but most small businesses don’t know what it actually costs (or what to expect).
Here’s the quick reality:
✔ Most embroidered logos land somewhere around $10–$30 per piece depending on the item and quantity ()
✔ Bulk orders can drop that cost significantly
✔ There’s usually a one-time setup (digitizing) fee to get your logo ready
In our latest blog, we break down:
• Where to get embroidery done
• What actually affects pricing (hint: it’s not just the shirt)
• How to make the best choice for your business
If you’re ordering polos or branded apparel for your team, this will save you time—and probably money.

🏈 Ordering team shirts? The number you order matters more than you think.
Too few → higher cost per shirt
Too many → leftover inventory (and wasted budget)
Most teams don’t realize that screen printing pricing is built around minimum order quantities—and choosing the right number can make a big difference. Setup costs stay the same whether you print 12 shirts or 100, which is why ordering more usually lowers your price per shirt. ()
In our latest blog, we break down how to find the right quantity for your team based on:
✔ Team size
✔ Budget
✔ Reorders vs. bulk ordering
✔ Long-term use (practice gear, extras, etc.)
If you’re ordering for a sports team this season, this will help you avoid overpaying—or under-ordering.
