All calls will be inbound and you will never have to cold call. It is the same concept as working in a physical call center where you take the next call in line and help with their orders, billing issues and account issues. Compensation is paid on an hourly rate and it depends on each client. Your hourly rate can be as high as $22 per hour with the average being around $11 per hour. Contractors are required to have a PC or laptop with a DSL (cable) internet connection, phone line (analog, digital or VoIP/internet) and a quiet place to work.
