๐บ๐ธ **Labor Day Is About More Than a Day Off โ Itโs About Representation**
Labor Day recognizes the generations of American workers who literally fought and died for better working conditions, fair treatment, and a stronger voice in the workplace.
Thereโs a principle behind that history that applies in many parts of life:
**Representation matters.**
When you file a property insurance claim, the insurance company has professionals representing its interests. Its staff adjusters, independent adjusters, engineers, consultants, and attorneys all have roles in evaluating and protecting the insurerโs position.
But who represents the property owner?
Thatโs where a **Public Insurance Adjuster** comes in.
A public adjuster works for the policyholderโnot the insurance companyโto help document the loss, prepare the claim, evaluate the scope and cost of repairs, and negotiate the property claim.
That doesn't mean every insurance claim needs to become a fight. Good representation isn't about creating conflict.
**It's about making sure your voice, your evidence, and your side of the loss are properly represented.**
This Labor Day, we recognize the American workers who helped establish a principle that still matters today:
