Recently, our founder, Erica Roelike, stepped away from the day-to-day and took a trip to Arizona to focus on something many leaders struggle to prioritize: reflection.

Creating space to think, reset, and evaluate what’s next isn’t stepping away from the business—it’s investing in its future.

Through a guided experience led by Jaime Taets, Erica had the opportunity to reflect on the journey so far—the growth, the challenges, and the lessons—and more importantly, how those experiences shape the next chapter of leadership and impact.
