CSR (Release Program) Key Responsibilities:
• Release Program Order Entry and Management: enter and manage release programs, ensuring accuracy and consistent communication to support dependable delivery.
• Customer Communication and Coordination: Act as a liaison between the production team and client/distributors. Respond to inquiries and ensure clients feel informed and cared for.
• Management of Order Tracking: maintain order status and communication through fulfillment, providing and closing all orders once they have shipped.
• AR Support: assist with accounts receivable processes by monitoring customer accounts, addressing billing inquiries, and supporting timely payment collection to maintain accurate financial records.

CSR (Kitting Program) Key Responsibilities:
• Production Schedule: assist with coordinating and monitoring the company production schedule to ensure orders are processed on time, proactively addressing any changes or delays to maintain service commitments.
• Standard Order Entry and Management: accurately process and manage orders from entry through completion, ensuring all details are correct and providing timely updates to support a smooth order fulfillment process. Collaborate closely with the production and shipping teams to ensure all details are correct.
• Kitting Program Order Entry and Management: handle the entry and oversight of kitting program orders, ensuring all components are correctly inventoried, and tracked to deliver accurate and timely shipments to clients.
• AR Support: assist with accounts receivable processes by monitoring customer accounts, addressing billing inquiries, and supporting timely payment collection to maintain accurate financial records.
