Wow! What an incredible event hosted by the Domestic Violence Crisis Center (DVCC) this morning in Minot.

We had the opportunity to learn about the organization’s beginnings, the vital services it provides, and hear from an incredibly brave keynote speaker who courageously shared her story.

Creedence is honored to support such an important cause and an organization that provides essential resources to our community. Services like those offered by DVCC are critical in helping survivors find safety, support, and the fresh start they deserve.

Today, we are proud to announce a new chapter in the Creedence story: a strategic partnership with Monomoy Capital Partners.

What started in 2014 as a vision to deliver exceptional chemical solutions and unmatched customer service has grown into a leading independent production and midstream chemical provider serving oil and gas operators across the United States. This partnership represents an important milestone as we continue investing in our people, expanding our footprint, and developing innovative solutions that help our customers succeed.

Over the past several years, with the support of Tower Arch Capital, Creedence has experienced tremendous growth:
• Employee count grew from 60 to 267
• Expanded from 4 locations to 22 locations across six states
• Increased our customer base from 25 to 225
• Grew from serving 1,500 active wells to more than 12,000
• Increased annual well deliveries from 15,000 to more than 130,000
• Expanded our chemistry portfolio from 50 products to over 400 solutions

We are incredibly grateful to Tower Arch Capital for their partnership and belief in our vision. Their support helped position Creedence for this next phase of growth.

A big day for Team Creedence! 👏

Yesterday, we hosted our first-ever company-wide Town Hall, bringing our team together both in person and online with Creedence founders Kevin, Wyatt, and Malachi Black.

We had the opportunity to reflect on the culture that has shaped Creedence, the key factors that make this such a special place to work, highlights from Q2 and Q3, and our business outlook as we head into Q4.

As we continue to grow, one thing remains constant: our people are at the heart of everything we do. We’re incredibly proud of the team we’ve built and grateful for the hard work, dedication, and energy each person brings to Creedence every day.

The future is looking bright, and we couldn’t be more excited about what’s ahead for Team Creedence!

25 years later, we still remember. Today, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who answered the call, and the families who continue to carry their loved ones in their hearts. We will never forget their sacrifice.

The Creedence Technical Symposium and Golf Tournament was the perfect way to kick off Labor Day weekend. The event was a tremendous success, bringing together team members from our Texas and New Mexico locations for a day of learning, networking, and friendly competition.

The day began with insightful presentations from Creedence's Technical Team, followed by lunch, an exciting afternoon on the golf course, awards, and an outstanding dinner provided by Beowulf Golf Club.

Participants enjoyed a variety of activities throughout the day, including an obstacle putt 50/50 competition, with 100% of the proceeds donated to Special Olympics, a hole-in-one competition featuring a $20,000 prize, a pull-box scorecard game, longest putt, longest drive (men's and women's divisions), closest to the pin, and the popular, closest to the pumpjack challenge.

A great time was had by all, and we're already looking forward to making next year's event even bigger and better!
