VERY INTERESTING.

Charlotte HOA management companies are suddenly changing their entire business model.

Flat fees.

No more taking a cut of late fees.

No more taking a cut of violation fees.

Sound familiar?

They ignored the model. Then they criticized the model. Now they are COPYING the model.

But let’s be clear. Copying my honest business and transparent structure will not fix a 1.8-star rating. It will not fix terrible service. It will not create leadership, innovation, or trust.

You can copy the blueprint, but you cannot copy the builder.

Neighborhood Cornerstone Partners is setting the standard, and apparently, the competition is finally paying attention.

ROCK BOTTOM must be a very inspiring place but Communities deserve better HOA Management not rock bottom management!

Mecklenburg County and the Town of Davidson are partnering to provide grant funding to qualifying homeowners to help address rising home costs as part of the Helping Out Mecklenburg's homeowners with Economic Support (HOMES) program.

Applicants who meet the criteria listed below will be eligible for grant funds paid toward their tax bill. Mecklenburg County residents may receive a maximum of $650, with Town of Davidson residents eligible for an additional award of up to $554.

Funds will be paid to the Mecklenburg County Tax Collector, who will reduce the total amount of taxes due for qualifying recipients' primary residence. The awarded amount will be 35% of the Mecklenburg County tax amount on the recipient’s 2026 tax bill (or a maximum of $650), rounded to the nearest dollar.

The HOMES grant is applied directly to the property tax bill. Search by: tax year and owner name, street address, or parcel number to view bill. Please allow 4-6 weeks from application submission to view updates.

Town of Davidson residents may qualify for an additional grant. The amount granted will be 35% of the Town of Davidson tax amount on the 2026 tax bill (or a maximum of $554), rounded to the nearest dollar.

Funds will be granted in the order in which applications are received until funds are exhausted.

Please note: This program has no effect on the Tax Collector's responsibility to collect any delinquent taxes.

Helping Out Mecklenburg's homeowners with Economic Support (HOMES) program, is designed to assist qualified residential homeowners with low to moderate income.

The moment we take over a community, the reaction from homeowners is always the same... pure shock. Shocked that someone actually picks up the phone. Shocked that their emails get returned. Shocked that basic service actually feels like... service.

And honestly? It breaks our heart a little.
