Saad Mena began his journey in higher education in 2018, where supporting students, faculty, and staff introduced him to the fast-paced world of online learning, educational technology, and global higher education. 🌟

Today, Saad serves as a Project Manager at EDUTECHLoft, where he coordinates projects, manages departmental priorities, collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, and helps ensure initiatives move efficiently from planning to completion.

Throughout his career, he has evolved from front-end support into leadership and operations management, overseeing teams, tracking performance metrics, driving client satisfaction, and collaborating with cross-functional departments worldwide. Along the way, he gained expertise in learning management systems, Agile methodologies, and higher education operations.

Among the accomplishments he is most proud of is implementing a project management platform that improved departmental organization and successfully leading a major re-accreditation initiative, helping secure accreditation for another seven years. 🎯

“One principle that guides my work is simple: always be kind to everyone. Building positive relationships creates trust, strengthens collaboration, and makes even the most complex challenges easier to navigate.”

David Molina began his journey at EDUTECHLoft during the company's early stages, helping build and lead the Instructional Design department. From the beginning, his passion for collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement played a key role in shaping processes, supporting growth, and laying the foundation for long-term success. 🌟

As the organization grew, David slowly got more involved in technology initiatives and eventually transitioned into IT. Today, David serves as the Director of Information Technology at EDUTECHLoft, overseeing the organization's technology ecosystem, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, and operational processes. He works across departments to implement and optimize solutions that support a scalable, secure, and efficient work environment.

Among the accomplishments he is most proud of is helping build and evolve the company's technology environment from the ground up, designing the systems and processes that enable scalable, secure operations, and leading initiatives across HR, CRM, time tracking, and cybersecurity, all of which have strengthened EDUTECHLoft. 🎯
