Thank you to Kristen Rosati and her leadership team for inviting me to participate in their Spring Leadership Kickoff Day at Valencia College.
I had the opportunity to do a CliftonStrengths Discovery session with over 50 of their talented student leaders...so much energy in the room!
Later, I met with Leadership Team to do a deeper dive...with conversations about truly appreciating each other and finding the power in partnerships. Laughter, sharing, and learning about each other.
It was an affirming day and reminder of how CliftonStrengths can be a bridge to creating something special.
