Our Founder Kenyon Fussell, has over 10 years of experience conducting audits and providing advisory services for SEC registered, middle market privately held companies and non for profit organizations. In addition, he has significant experience planning and implementing Sarbanes Oxley and employee benefit plan audits. He has extensive experience in preparing budgets for proposals, planning of engagements, monitoring the engagement teams’ progress, reviewing the work of the engagement team, and developing and presenting business advice. His experience is also extensive when it comes to internal control recommendations to clients, preparation of financial statements and addressing complicated accounting and tax related matters. Prior to founding Fussell Accounting Solutions, Kenyon Fussell worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, were he was responsible for reviewing SEC filings including 8K's, S-1, S-4, 10Q's and 10K's with Sarbanes Oxley reporting requirements. He was also involved with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Accounting Standards (GAAS) reporting. He was also employed at two of the Top 25 regional accounting firms. Kenyon earned his Master of Science in Accounting degree from Bowling Green State University and his Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree from Voorhees College. Kenyon is also a member of Leadership Broward (Class # # #) and actively involved in the community. Services
