Do you have $$$ vision?

Organizations tend to get so focused on the numbers, and what they want to achieve, they tend to sacrifice their most valuable asset, people.

I am a firm believer if we take care of our front line, the numbers will follow. Yes, we still need accountability. As leaders, we should be setting up our people for success by keeping the process simple, and communication lines open.

The reality is, if you are trying to correct the numbers halfway through the quarter, chances are you missed out on leading your team months ago.
