Our company has developed a unique and special "niche" in marketing dentistry and dental practices. One of the largest consumer numbers in the WORLD! It just so happens to be one of the biggest leaders in the Cosmetic Industry as well! The problem is how to effectively reach so many people with so little options that actually work. So, we saw opportunity where others saw a difficult problem, too big, to even attempt. And those that did try, failed miserably.
Why? Because Dentistry is an industry dominated by clinical thinkers, and very few entrepreneurs. So:
We took our experience from Sports-Marketing and Promotions; we applied it to, Dental Practice Marketing and Consulting, something that no one else had ever done. Basically, resulting in solving a serious problem that no one had ever come close to solving, let alone on the scale that we did. The demand for our service has created opportunity for those who poses integrity, vision, loyalty, persistence, personality, and most of all the burning desire to win big. Here is exactly what we do, and who we are looking for:
Our Company provides direct marketing/sales for hundreds of dental offices nationally, but mostly on the West Coast. Our Dental Marketing Specialist (DMS) are taught communication skills, realistic sales techniques, and given specific tools to complement their unique personalities. Our Leadership Team has decades of experience mastering a completely "Niche Business" and concept like no other.
Our DMS are taught skills and techniques to seamlessly connect our Dental offices with other businesses locally surrounding them. Each DMS will be taught every aspect of a proven system of successful contact and immediate interaction with different businesses, owners, and employees. With our system, we easily sign up 300 to 500 businesses and employees each week per team. We sell discounted dental certificates to local businesses and their employees giving them 400 to 500 dollars in dental cosmetic services for free!
The new patient will then use them at one of our dental office, driving a NEW patient through the door. We work with and teach the dentist and staff how to retain these new patients long term and attend to their cosmetic and oral needs, resulting in generating treatment for the dental practice. Essentially it's a win-win for both the patient and the dental office!
Our Dental Marketing Specialist start out learning this system in extreme detail, being coached and mentored through every step by other DMS trainers, all while making a very generous income. Those who stand out will be offered a growth path into training, team management, and regional operations.
We are looking for great talent and true work ethic to add to our Los Angeles Advertising Team. Average compensation ranges from $1000 to $2500 per week based on skill level.
Persons applying must possess outstanding people skills, be self-motivated, responsible, dedicated, ethical, and have the burning desire like no other to succeed.
