One of the most common fixes to many issues is really simple. Try to turn it off first. Stuck on a scammer website press and hold the power button for 10 seconds. Internet not working? Try unplugging your router or modem. Printer stopped working? turn it off (and the computer). This solution has fixed a very large variety of issues. Is your computer slow, did you know there are new Hard drives out now that can make a older computer almost like new. I have installed multiple SSD hard drives boosting computer speed tremendously.

For example windows may take you 30 seconds to a minute to start up. With a SSD it can take anywhere from 6-30 seconds total from a complete shut down.

Looking for a good e-mail client (program) to install. Check out Thunderbird, it is free and can be used with any e-mail you have set up in the past.
This can eliminate the need to log in to your e-mail every time. It will give you more features like storing your e-mail offline, saving templates, changing the layout and viewing/deleting 100's of e-mails with no delay.

Download classic shell, this will revert your start menu to the original windows start menu

Windows computer running slow?
When your computer starts up there can be many extra unnecessary programs that start as well. Usually you can see some of them in your task bar on the bottom right of your screen.
You can try to fix this by selecting your start menu and searching task manager. Once you click on it and open it go to the start up tab.
You will now see a list of all the items that start up in windows. You can right click on them and choose disable. If you are not sure which ones you should/should not disable I can help you out. Just give us a call.
Once you disable the un-necessary programs at startup your computer should overall increase in performance.
