There's something special about a project coming full circle.
WGM Group volunteered with Habitat for Humanity of Flathead Valley to help raise walls for homes we'd already supported through our civil engineering work, trading plan sets for tool belts for the day.
Community is one of our core values, and this was a great reminder that strong communities take people showing up, not just plans on paper.
Grateful to have been part of it.

Known for their leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to client service, they bring decades of experience building partnerships, leading complex programs, and mentoring the next generation of professionals.

While many know them for their contributions to transportation, their experience and perspective will strengthen teams across WGM. As infrastructure leaders and practitioners, they'll help us continue delivering thoughtful, multidisciplinary solutions that support our clients and the communities they serve.

Giving back to our community is an important part of who we are! As a proud sponsor of the Missoula Urban Demonstration Project (MUD), WGM Group participated in the recent United Way Day of Action, providing hands-on support for three local projects benefiting community resources throughout Missoula.

We are grateful for the opportunity to work alongside so many dedicated volunteers and organizations committed to making a positive impact in our community!

Happy ! Today we're celebrating two incredible rising engineers who share both a first name and a passion for making a difference: Hayden Hollow in Missoula and Hayden Smith in Bozeman.

Hayden Hollow, a Civil Engineering student at Montana Technological University, has enjoyed working on the Mill-Site Block 2 Sewer Main Project and gaining firsthand experience with the fast pace of construction season. His long-term goal is to help make communities safer, stronger, and better places to live. At WGM, the core values of Collaboration and Community resonate most with him because meaningful solutions come from working together.

Hayden Smith, a Civil Engineering student at Montana State University, has especially enjoyed pond analysis work, where he's developed a deeper appreciation for the connections between geology, soils, hydrology, and environmental health. Guided by WGM's values of People and Community, Hayden also gives back as a coach for Bozeman's local middle and high school mountain bike team.

Thank you, Hayden and Hayden, for the hard work, fresh perspectives, and positive energy you've brought to WGM this summer. We're excited to see where your careers take you. The future of engineering is bright!
