Walter Line Dodge Brothers Dealership Paoli Indiana
This 1922 Walter Line advertising calendar was recently purchased by me from a seller in Florida, who acquired it from an estate sale.
In 1919 Walter Line started his automotive business on the north part of the Paoli square on East Court St. between North Gospel and North Court St. Also, known as "Auto Row". In the early 1920's Walter immediately transitioned to the Dodge Dealership as well as Graham Brothers vehicles after WW 1. Pioneering dealerships such as Walter Line and Weaver's Garage helped the transition from horse and buggy livery stables to the bustling automobile showroom between 1910 and 1930.
