Congratulations to the seven graduates of the Lean + Leadership for Supervisors program hosted by the Mitchell Chamber of Commerce and facilitated by SD MTS! Over six months, participants completed intensive training in leadership, lean manufacturing, problem-solving, communication, and process improvement. Their projects delivered measurable improvements in cost, quality, and delivery within their organizations. Well done to all involved! It's a very unique experience going on stage after 3 very influential people that all deserve a lot of respect.
