Lately we get asked a lot why we don’t offer beer kegs or alcohol on tap? In the State of Utah we have very strict regulations regarding this. The Utah department of alcoholic beverages does not allow to serve any alcohol like beer, wine, prosecco on tap if you are a mobile bar trailer or a mobile bartender. Establishments like restaurants and bars in Moab can serve beer on tap with a liquor license and beer license but bar trailers (no matter if they are based in Utah or come to Moab from out of state) legally can’t serve any kind of alcohol on tap. Events and venues can try to obtain a temporary special permit for their event, but we as mobile bar owners can’t obtain such a permit in the State of Utah.
