ENROLLING For Part-Time Care

Our little learners explored shapes, caught bubbles, built and popped structures, pretended to be animals, lifted and lowered a parachute to make it billow, and enjoyed Storytime. 📚🫧

They exercised gross motor skills, fine motor skills, and practiced early sound awareness—all within a shortened day.

Attention Parents:

We are now taking applications for NEW parents interested in the respite care component of our Parent Toolbox: Project Breather program. Of course, this means, you’ll automatically get our free/fun Parent Toolboxes as well. 😀

Enrollment is now open for children ages 0-8 residing in Mobile County. We primarily serve parents of children with special needs and parents experiencing challenging situations. Not sure if you qualify? For our enrollment packet or for more information, please email [email protected] or call 251-380-6084.

Respite care provides you with a free sitter while you go out (or stay in) and get a much-needed parent break doing whatever you choose! Parents deserve to refuel through breaks and that includes you.

It's Teacher Appreciation Week and we're sharing our TOP 5 ways to thank the favorite teacher(s) in your life! We all know the impact that teachers make but how often do we let them know their value??? 🤔

1. Share positive feedback with their supervisor. Supervisors often don’t get to see the wonderful day-to-day things teachers do. Brag on them to administrative staff and management.
2. Have your child draw them a special picture.
3. Let teachers know you notice how hard they work and specifically mention something they’ve taught your child.
4. If it’s in the budget, give a thoughtful gift like a small gift card for food or gas, a massage gift certificate, or an interesting coffee mug.
5. Make time to volunteer on special occasions such as field trips, in-class celebrations, or other school functions. Don’t ever doubt the power of offering help!
